  • As items may be handmade, slight variations may occur from piece to piece

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated, and include VAT (where applicable). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.


5. Orders

When you place an order:

  • You are making an offer to purchase
  • Orders are only accepted once confirmed by email
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion prior to dispatch
  • We also reserve the right to limit quantities purchased

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity and issue a full refund where applicable.


6. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, using one of the available payment processing options on our website.

Payments are processed securely via our website provider and payment partners. We do not store your full payment details.


7. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy.  

We aim to dispatch orders within stated timeframes, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. Whilst we will do our best to help and assist, we are not responsible for any delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by you
  • Events outside our control

Ownership of goods passes to you upon delivery.


8. Returns & Refunds

9. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

This does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

You must return items at your own cost and in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. For more information please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.

All designs, images and content are the property of Helen Butler Designs. You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce designs
  • Use images for commercial purposes
  • Replicate jewellery designs


11. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses
  • Losses caused by misuse of our products

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Your statutory rights
