Shipping Information
We aim to ensure your jewellery arrives safely, securely and within a reasonable timeframe. All orders are sent using tracked and signed delivery services.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Please note:
- Orders are not processed on weekends or bank holidays
- During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer
If you require your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
Delivery Method
All orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed services.
- A signature will be required upon delivery
- Tracking details will be provided (via order update email) once your order has been dispatched
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- UK Delivery: 1–3 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail, and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the type and number of items purchased, your location and delivery option selected. We do not currently offer free shipping.
Delays
While we will always do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Royal Mail or courier services
- Weather conditions
- High seasonal demand
- Events outside our control
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate address details provided.
Failed or Missed Delivery
If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, it is your responsibility to rearrange delivery or collection with Royal Mail as per their protocols.
If an item is returned to us due to failed delivery, additional postage costs may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Missing Items
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
